汎用データベースの一覧表示処理の速度改善のため、以下の修正を行いました。
よろしければマージをお願いします。
・汎用データベースの一覧表示処理の余分なデータ取得処理を削除
・callbackを実行しないように修正
・一覧表示時に取得するカラムを制限
・multidatabase_contentsにインデックスを追加
