Users have requested the ability to see whether an incoming call belongs to a queue and which queue it belongs to. Currently, this information is not visible, making it difficult for operators to understand the context of the call before answering.
Additionally, they want this information to remain visible during the call (while the call is ongoing) to keep track of the queue the caller came from.
Integrate this information into the Phone Island.

Feature Requirements:
Display the call queue name (if applicable) for incoming calls
Ensure the queue information remains visible during an ongoing call

Proposed solution

  • Display the call queue name in the Phone island when an incoming call is ringing
  • Ensure the queue information remains visible in the Phone island during an ongoing call
  • Maintain a clean UI, ensuring the queue information is clear but not intrusive
  • Consider whether it is possible to insert this information into the drawer with the details of the current call for the selected operator.
