NethVoice: add Tim trunk for monotenant installation #7536
Description
In single-tenant installations, the TIM VoIP line must be configured with a specific configuration that includes registration, which differs from the configuration used in multitenant installations.
TIM applies restrictions at the public IP level and allows the connection of only one line from a single IP.
