NethVoice: create a report for admin and users

For the NethVoice administrator who created the users, associated the extension, associated the physical phones, and enabled NethVoice CTI it would be useful to have a report that lists:

• name and surname
• user
• password (if the users were created with CSV import)
• link to change the password (if possible, users managed by NethServer 8)
• associated phone model
• mac-address
• link to access NethVoice CTI

This report also helps the positioning of the physical phones for the administrator.

This report could be emailed to all users as a welcome kit.

To send it via email it would be useful to add the email in the user properties (remember the CSV import), also useful for the voicemail and any other notifications to send (password expiration?).
