Integrate Generative AI capabilities into NethVoice to enable intelligent, automated call responses.
This feature would enhance user experience by understanding speech, processing audio, and generating natural, context-aware replies.

Detailed Description

The goal is to add support for:

  • Speech understanding – recognize and interpret caller intent through voice input.
  • Audio processing – handle and analyze voice data efficiently.
  • Automated responses – use generative AI to create real-time, human-like spoken replies.

This would allow NethVoice to act as a smart virtual assistant, capable of:

  • Answering frequently asked questions automatically.
  • Routing calls intelligently based on intent.
  • Providing 24/7 automated support.
  • Reducing manual call handling workload.

Use Cases

  • Automated customer service or IVR systems.
  • AI-driven call routing for departments or agents.
  • Integration with CRM for context-aware responses.
  • Multilingual support using AI translation and voice synthesis.

Additional Context

Exposing internal APIs to allow NethVoice services to directly call AI functions (speech-to-text, intent detection, response generation, TTS, etc.) and third-party web services.
