Description

When using NethLink, activating the Listen or Intrude features on an active call opens the standard call phone island instead of the dedicated one designed for these specific features.

The correct phone island is required to properly manage Listen and Intrude actions (e.g. stop listening or exit intrude mode). With the current behavior, the UI does not reflect the real state of the operation.

There is also a minor issue related to the call label:

  • instead of displaying “Listen” or “Intrude”, the label shown is “Unknown”.

Expected behavior

  • Activating Listen or Intrude from NethLink should open the dedicated phone island for these features.
  • The call label should correctly display Listen or Intrude.

Current behavior

  • The standard call phone island is opened.
  • The call label is displayed as “Unknown”.

Additional notes

  • When using NethVoiceCTI only, Listen and Intrude work correctly.
  • However, in NethVoiceCTI the label translations should be reviewed, as they are currently displayed in English.
