Add WSL Support

I have all my projects inside WSL, however using this tool I'm not able to open projects inside WSL.

Edit : I was able to open it like this

\\wsl.localhost\Ubuntu\home\parnex\dev\

But still it should be supported without this hack

yes its not able to browse the wsl folder in windows explorer

Same issue here, with 0.4.0.

If I enter a WSL path like \\wsl.localhost\Ubuntu\home\acemarke, it won't show those folders. The "Select Workspace" dialog doesn't change the active folder and stays unchanged. Same problem if I try to browse for the Opencode binary location.

FWIW, running the server via the CLI seems to be a viable workaround. Run with --launch (and possibly change the workspace settings), browse to localhost:9898 from a browser on the Windows side.

Currently running into some potential bugs due to the new OpenCode 1.1.1 permissions system that just came out (tools and commands seem to be quietly hanging, without any "allow" buttons showing up in the UI), but see that 1377bc6 mentions updating to a new OpenCode v2 SDK, so I'm trying to build from source to see if that helps. (.... and build from source seems to have worked!)

Thanks for the work around.
It's interesting as the Electron/Tauri apps are launching the same cli and showing in WebView.
I use MacOS and don't have Windows ( need to install a VM)
Maybe it's the folder picker for Electron the issue.
Does Tauri app behave similarly?

Re. new permission, I will release the new version with fixes soon. Just testing some changes

It would be great if can use WSL instead of only opening the folders. I use OpenCode CLI inside WSL.

If I understand correctly, you are currently running the cli in WSL and accessing the UI over browser
What you would like to do is run app in Windows and then open folders from WSL?
So effectively model uses powershell instead of bash?

Is that correct?

In my case when i try to point the app to the opencode binary I get this error: spawnSync \\wsl.localhost\Ubuntu\home\XXX\.opencode\bin\opencode ENOENT

I also run CodeNomad server in wsl2. Had to create a systemd service so that it starts automatically.
It allows accessing CodeNomad remotely. I have installed Progressive Web App both onto Windows and on the phone. I see the same sessions from the phone which I see from desktop.

Web App lacks some shortcuts. What I plan to try to do is to install Tauri app on Windows and pointing it to running server (via VITE_CODENOMAD_API_BASE env variable). Though as I understand Tauri will still start its own server and it doesn't support natively pointing to existing server through UI settings.

Another observation is that Web App is not fully adapted to mobile and some features were not possible to access (for example I could not open "Server Logs").
Though CodeNomad is still the best experience on mobile I have found so far. I couldn't use TUI through ssh, I think TUI is not for me. And I tried using another vibe-coded Android client for opencode, which wouldn't even launch.
I believe CodeNomad is in a perfect spot to fill that niche for mobile users. If it adds voice support, and streamline UI for mobile, it would be perfect.
What some people do now is they use Telegram proxies to send commands to their llm servers through Telegram messenger. But from my perspective Telegram can't provide those UI elements which CodeNomad already has for llm specific interactions.
