Note

Ensure you backup your NPM instance before testing this image! Especially if there are database changes.
This is a different docker image namespace than the official image.

This PR adds support for ArvanCloud DNS challenges. Please confirm the DNS propagation by checking the TXT records on the ArvanCloud dashboard. The integration uses the certbot-dns-arvan package to handle the automated challenge-response.

I’ve been waiting for native ArvanCloud support in NPM for a long time. I tested this PR (Image: pr-5289) against a fresh instance and successfully issued a Wildcard certificate (*.example.com) without any manual intervention.

The integration is seamless. I monitored the container logs during the process, and the handshake with Arvan's API was instant and error-free. This is a high-quality contribution and ready for production use.
