Replace
Slapfor project management with UV workspaces.Also add Nix in the mix to get the UV CLI and some shortcuts for running linting/testing.
There's only an issue now with the docs to produce Markdown from the Slap changelog, that's because Slap does not recognize this
pyproject.tomlformat.
