New Nada Example
Description
This PR adds an example on shuffling based on the implementation from nada-numpy. The implementation from nada-numpy only supports arrays with a power of tw size.

Card games and games in general require shuffling a vector.
Related Issues
It is an initial attempt for the oblivious shuffling issue #27. However, this should be extended to support any array.
