It's not quite perfect yet, with two kinds of excludes, but at least we won't regress!
... and add nix-manual.site attribute for a nice and DRY aftertaste.
Does not reproduce all settings on darwin. (Pre-existing issue) Build with `nix build .#nix-manual.tests.linkcheck`
