Looks like it's in the channel now. Just needs a nixpkgs bump and I think we are good. |

Motivation
Set wine_11 as the emulator for Windows.
Also required switching to the
release-25.11channel and updating, as there are some package fixes that are not yet innixos-25.11.Context
Wine 11 fixed inaccuracies in symlink handling that were causing issues in tests during development.
