This simply adds recognition of the
xamarinmacnetTFM to NuGet 2.x.The analogous change in NuGet 3.x is here: NuGet/NuGet.Client#562
Some additional work to be done is to add compatibility mappings to NuGet 2.x for
xamarinmacnet,dotnet,netstandard,netstandardapp, andnetcoreapp.@emgarten @yishaigalatzer @xavierdecoster @alpaix
