This pull request adds a rule for restricting interactions with containers and other handled screens, similar to the restriction for spectators. For example, players will be able to open chests but not move items into or out of chests.
This rule should handle the player inventory correctly, but further testing is needed to determine if custom UIs (such as tater boxes) are incorrectly restricted.
