Closes #37

Changelogs:

  • Created proper project structure for tests
  • Added one test file for crawler script containing one test to check if crawler module is getting imported correctly.
  • Setup requirements.txt file and tested the same in newly created conda environments.
  • Setup travis.yml and verified that the build is passing, and tests are running perfectly fine.
