This commit adds 96Boards HiKey960 board support to Tengine. HiKey960 is based on HI3660 octa-core processor from HiSilicon which has 4x A53 cores and 4x A73 cores. Signed-off-by: Manivannan Sadhasivam <manivannan.sadhasivam@linaro.org>
