[RFC] website_sale_checkout_skip_payment: Change partner parameter to company dependent

I'm wondering if the parameter to skip payment on partner level should or not become company dependent.

Yes, the fact I need this field linked to the payment term of the customer.

Shouldn't that be implemented explicitly without linking it with the flag? You add a flag in the payment term itself, and uses this module machinery for bypassing the payment, but not changing at all the flag at res.partner level.
