missing repo description and wiki

This repo miss a description.
Further more, while the modules got Readmes, it doesn't explain their purpose, thus it is a bit difficult for non-specialist to understand if it is the one that we need.

Please add, at least, a very basic description with a link to Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_data_interchange because this page suggest a lot of related links and shortly explain the difference with EDI-Framework repo.
Please enable the wiki so functional users can slowly start to describe EDI and EDI modules.
