Looks like we are missing the git history here.
To fix that, you can either do the migration by hand, following those steps https://github.com/OCA/maintainer-tools/wiki/Migration-to-version-14.0
Or use the oca-port tool that you can find here https://github.com/OCA/oca-port

@mmequignon Thanks for your great information. This base_export_async module is copied from 12.0 to 14.0, it is not installable since 13.0. I see the commit history of the module is already there, so I think I don't need to add it to this PR, right?
However, I could apply your suggestion for #493.

After fixing the problem, you can re-issue a merge command. Please refrain from merging manually as it will most probably make the target branch red.

The UI still send it to the current user, but it will allow reusing the module for other purposes: plan a regular export to users. Setting the recipient_ids instead of the email_to in mail.mail means that we can still send the email, it will stay in the failed emails, allowing to correct the user.

We cannot change the create_date of a record in the test, so it fails. Change the current time past the TTL instead.

Fix test based on create_date
