getlist persisting

getlist persists in final jobs/jobname directory despite being included in gotlist, it must be excluded

getlist already exists in the target directory. Your shell script:

1. Copies getlist from the devpod to the job container:

   rsync -q --archive --no-owner --no-group --omit-dir-times \
      --numeric-ids {devpod_name}:{getlist_path} {job_name}/getlist
   

2. Copies the files in getlist from the devpod to the job container:

   rsync -q -r --archive --no-owner --no-group \
       --omit-dir-times --numeric-ids --files-from={job_name}/getlist \
       {devpod_name}:{context_dir}/ {job_name}/
   

3. Does some stuff, and then copies everything from the job container back to the devpod:

   rsync -q --archive --no-owner --no-group \
       --omit-dir-times --no-relative --numeric-ids  \
       --exclude-from={job_name}/gotlist \
       {job_name} {devpod_name}:{jobs_dir}
   

Because getlist already exists in the destination, attempting to exclude it won't have any effect.
