Our current
ocrd/core-cuda-tf2(and probably others) are broken, because of version clashes fortyping-extensionsbetweenbeanieandfastapivs.tensorflow. This PR addresses this by making sure additionalpip installsteps are always used in tandem with core's baserequirements.txt.Plus some improvements.
