Updates core to 2.22.3 including resource management.
ocrd_anybaseocr, ocrd_calamari, ocrd_tesserocr and ocrd_typegroups_classifier have new releases that make use of the resource management mechanism.
ocrd_cis includes the recent changes in cisocrgroup/ocrd_cis#77 but is otherwise unchanged.
The installation directory for ocrd_im6convert changes from
$VIRTUAL_ENV/share/ocrd-im6convertto$VIRTUAL_ENV/share/ocrd_im6convert. If the obsolete directory (the one with-not_) bothers you, you can delete it after upgrading.
