Issue with saving a to a new series - creating an action times out.

It is an issue with all db types. and only occurs when running the save command from ODMtools. It runs successfully when running from a jupyter notebook. it also times out when I am not running using sqlalchemy code, but I tried running it from a cursor and it still timed out.
