I can implement it by adding an option for users to upload or choose an avatar, store it securely, and show it across the app — profile, calls, and chat.
Starting with local file storage and simple validation, then we can extend it to cloud storage later if needed.

Implementing User Avatar Upload and Display

1. Frontend Upload Feature:
   Add a file input field in the user profile settings to allow users to upload or select an avatar image.

2. Backend Image Handling:
   Use a library like multer (for Node.js) to handle image uploads and store them on the server or cloud storage (e.g., AWS S3, Cloudinary).

3. Database Update:
   Save the image URL in the user's database record to link the avatar with their profile.

4. Display in Calls:
   Fetch and render the avatar image in the user interface during calls or chats using the stored image URL.
