With this small correction (x,y,z -> X,Y,Z in FAULTS block data), flow --parsing-strictness=low --enable-ecl-output=true SPE1CASE1_CARFIN_FAULTS.DATA runs "successfully" (no errors; field/geometrical properties might require further work to be correct).
