Is there any way to add the server name to the RDP Title bar?

You're referring to the target server name and how it should be displayed in MSTSC when the connection window is maximized, correct?

If so, this is not directly related to SCALUS. There is actually a enhancement request open (437659) with Safeguard for Privileged Sessions to add this functionality. I recommend that you open a support case and add your company's name to that request.
