error message when opening database

Summary

Wehen I try to open my keepass-database, I getn an error message: "Xml content does not have XML decl". The same database can be opened with KeePassXC without any problems.

What software is involved?

• Operating System: Windows
• OneKeePass: 0.20.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select keepass-database
2. enter password and path to keyfile
3. get error

Expected Behavior

Well ... I should open the database

Actual Behavior

Error message: Xml content does not have XML decl
