• Renamed npm package from aegis-bridge to @onestepat4time/aegis
• Changed CLI binary name from aegis-bridge to aegis for shorter CLI usage
• Updated all references across source, docs, tests, workflows, and skill files

Changes

• package.json: name → @onestepat4time/aegis, bin → aegis
• All npx aegis-bridge → npx @onestepat4time/aegis
• All aegis-bridge CLI commands → aegis
• MCP setup commands updated
• Release workflow pack paths updated
• Dashboard npm registry URLs updated (scoped package encoding)
