restore facet with display=date and type=date to show years again

Users reported that previously, a facet like the one below would let you select a recent year but since an upgrade to v3.2.2 of the extension, this functionality has disappeared. They would like to have the old behaviour restored.

The documentation says it "shows date facets with ranges for 'last week', 'last moth', 'last quarter', and 5 years, needs #type=date". The first three options (Last month, etc.) are still there and there's a further option letting users specify dates as outer ranges, but no year inputs.
