add a configuration for ldap/auth to always use lowercase username

there's an issue with AD where user authenticated using lowercase username, and AD field has camelcase/uppercase - this caused the ldap auth to save username as camelcase. the next time user logs in using lowercase, user isn't found and mms tries to create the user again using ad username where it fails because there's a duplicate
