Drop `@tailwindcss/typography`

Prerequisites

Proposal

This issue suggests removing @tailwindcss/typography which is difficult to maintain when we bump dependencies (even for a patch release where rendering can be broken and not easily identifiable).

The aim is to have exactly the same rendering. Should be easily doable with Tailwind and Astro components.
