We need a test for the open-amp elf laoder

We need some CI test for the ELF loader code in open-amp.

Possible platforms:

• Zynqmp qemu with Linux userspace loading R5
• Zynqmp qemu with Zephyr A53 loading R5
• Zynqmp qemu with one R5 loading another (Zephyr or baremetal)
• ARM MPS2+ AN521 QEMU running Zephyr with one M33 core loading the other
