[Kotlin][Spring] Add support for class and field extra annotation

• File the PR against the correct branch: master (upcoming 7.6.0 minor release - breaking changes with fallbacks), 8.0.x (breaking changes without fallbacks)

This adds support for x-class-extra-annotation and x-field-extra-annotation on the kotlin generated data class for model elements.
