Add tap-to-zoom on shape and line entities

When a user taps on a shape/line in the card list view, the map should zoom to the entity

While this is technically done, it should zoom to both the location of the entity as well as scale the map to an appropriate size based on the size of the entity. I'll leave this open to add that later.
