update SOLR in ODN to 5.5.0

We have Apache SOLR 4.10.2 in ODN 1.2.4 .

As of now (17.3.2016) following newer releases of SOLR are available (see http://tux.rainside.sk/apache/lucene/solr/):

1. 5.5.0
2. 5.4.1
3. 5.3.2
4. 5.2.1
5. 4.10.4

We need to keep up with upstream and update SOLR in ODN to 5.5.0 or some lower but newer version to bring bugfixes and new features to ODN users.
