update CKAN in ODN to 2.6.0 #276
Description
We have CKAN 2.3.2 (2.3.5 soon, see #252) in ODN 1.6.0 .
As of now (28.11.2016) following new releases of CKAN are available (see http://docs.ckan.org/en/latest/changelog.html):
- 2.6.0
- 2.5.3
- 2.4.4
We need to keep up with upstream and update to CKAN in ODN to 2.6.0 or some lower but newer version to bring bugfixes and new features to ODN users.
