Website examples fail to load

Currently the majority of the examples on the website are failing to render:

https://www.openf2.org/examples

This is due to a mixed content issues, the website is served over HTTPS, but tried to obtain a number of resources over HTTP.

at some point between then and now the examples page was updated to fix the mix content issues. for v2, the examples will be moving over to docs.openf2.org.
