F2.init() throws error when 'secureAppPagePath' is not provided

When F2.init() is called without passing 'secureAppPagePath', the following error is shown in Chrome

TypeError: Cannot read property 'secureAppPagePath' of undefined

Just to be clear, this is closed in 1.0.3-wip but not yet in master.

Reopening because while I think this particular issue was fixed, it ended up breaking the secure app functionality.
