This pull request fixes a few potential divide-by-zero errors that were introduced in #1283.

AeroDyn when average disk velocity is 0.
Test results, if applicable
This shouldn't change any r-test results since we don't have any tests where aerodynamics are calculated when average disk velocity is 0.
