add viz functionality to `ExplicitMoleculeComponent`

we migrated 3d viz for Atom Mappings, but not Components. Maybe the multi-component viz still lives in openfe because it's not intrinsic to a Component, but we could add intrinsic viz support to ExplicitMoleculeComponent
