Order of tutorials

Looking here: https://docs.openfree.energy/en/stable/tutorials/index.html

I am not sure if "Generating Partial Charges" makes sense to be first, or if we should do "Relative Free Energies CLI tutorial" instead as the first tutorial. Users can read what each one is, and maybe the order beyond the first one is less important, but I think that the first tutorial should be the "best" one to start with.
