Missing oras://ghcr.io/openfreeenergy/openfe:1.6.1-apptainer container

Currently seeing this:

$ singularity pull oras://ghcr.io/openfreeenergy/openfe:1.6.1-apptainer
INFO[0000] trying next host - response was http.StatusNotFound  host=ghcr.io
FATAL:   While pulling image from oci registry: error fetching image to cache: failed to get checksum for oras://ghcr.io/openfreeenergy/openfe:1.6.1-apptainer: while resolving reference: ghcr.io/openfreeenergy/openfe:1.6.1-apptainer: not found

Works fine with the 1.6.0 image.

This has all worked and I am able to download a 1.6.1 image; many thanks again for all the help and work here.

Out of interest, overnight, I see 1.7.0 has been released. Is there any chance of uploading this singularity image too?

@mjw99 we're still in the process of doing the release - we hit a small snag with packaging (see #1603), but we're hopefully going to finish it today.

Once that's done we will upload the images.
