Disable telemetry calling home to NG

• stats collection
• any transmission of server id

NextGen added this feature to Mirth 4.1.0 and it was very unpopular. It was so bad that a plugin was written to disable it.

It should go away when the issue gets picked up, but here was another spot where the server id was getting sent out: #24 (comment), thought I'd call it out when someone makes the pass at removing all phone home metadata.
