Refine terminal controls and stabilize diff rendering

Summary

• Replaced the terminal drawer dropdown with a four-button action rail, adding a dedicated collapse action alongside split, new, and close.
• Updated the terminal drawer call site and related UI wiring to support collapsing the terminal panel directly.
• Tightened diff rendering by using stable per-line keys and toReversed() in the inline diff block.
• Simplified clipboard copy callbacks in the sidebar and workspace file tree.
• Cleaned up WebSocket server tests by removing workspace fixture helpers and using fixed workspace paths.
