In this refactoring phase I moved the "built with" footer from search flow to Head start. There it replaces the "created by" label.
The builtwith footer is displayed in .org and TRIPLE.
In normal mode, it's placed under the visualization and the list. In embed mode, its position is more higher at the level of the list.
