OpenLI Tutorial
We have created a comprehensive tutorial for OpenLI which includes not just basic instructions on how to install and configure the software, but also plenty of background material about lawful interception, packet capture and the ETSI standards.
The tutorial is divided into 21 separate chapters and we have created video recordings for each chapter as well as providing slides and a transcript for those who prefer to learn by reading rather than watching.
The tutorial also includes a variety of practical exercises that can be performed using a containerized OpenLI training lab -- this lab will be introduced in chapter 6 of the tutorial and will allow you to get hands on experience with the OpenLI software without needing to integrate it into your own network beforehand.

Note that this tutorial is quite old now and some instructions are no longer relevant. In particular, using the Bintray package repository is NOT recommended (and will soon be impossible). See here for up-to-date install instructions.
