Add OG_TGV1 and OG_TGV2

TGV Power Car and TGV Passenger Carriage replacements. Two things to note:

1. The name is subject to change unless I can't think of anything else. You guys are free to tweak it if desired.
2. Both the power car and passenger carriage share a .blend file. I only uploaded the .blend file inside the TGV1 folder.
