"TOPP For Advanced Users" section requires clarity

Currently, this section is very difficult to understand and in some cases, grammatically incorrect. I have placed it in a new location in an experimental branch herehttps://greengypsy-staging-openms.readthedocs.io/en/restructuring-test/docs/tutorials/TOPP/topp-for-advanced-users.html.

For starters, I think we need to explain concepts like "search engine adapters", "FASTA files".

"Using external tools in workflows" is TOPPAS-only, so needs to be moved to a TOPPAS section if there still is any.
