This PR implements variableFilter option to ModelicaSystem

Example

>>> from OMPython import ModelicaSystem
>>> omc = ModelicaSystem("BouncingBall.mo", "BouncingBall", variableFilter="impact|h")

(or)
 
>>> from OMPython import ModelicaSystem
>>> omc = ModelicaSystem("BouncingBall.mo", "BouncingBall")
>>> omc.buildModel(variableFilter="h")
