No implementation of method `cupsSaveDests`

Describe the bug
According to the documentation, after adding a new destination using cupsAddDests, we should save it using cupsSaveDests. But, there is no implementation of it, nor any signature of the function.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://openprinting.github.io/cups/libcups/cupspm.html#cupsAddDest
2. click on cupsSaveDests

Expected behavior
There should have been an implementation of cupsSaveDests

The function is named cupsSetDests, the reference to cupsSaveDests is a typo.
